Our counseling services involves private sessions with our master's level and trained professionals.  See our client information page for more information on your office visit.   If needed, we can also offer sessions in the home.


We also offer additional services such as workshops, groups and life coaching.

In one-to-one sessions, you will work on concerns or issues that you feel are getting in your way.  If your concerns have severely interfered with your life, they are often disorders that can worsen if not dealt with. 


These issues or disorders can include, but are not limited to:

  • Anxiety/Excessive Worry

  • Difficult adjustment to life changes

  • Relationship dynamics

  • Family conflicts and resolution

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy
EMDR is a "structured therapy that encourages the patient to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories."

In couples and family therapy, you and your loved ones work on interpersonal dynamics, communication, conflict resolution and behavior patterns that are contributing to the discord in the relationship.  
We offer services in the home if clinically and physically appropriate.  
Life Coaching (also known as Personal Coaching) can be a good alternative to helping you overcome an obstacle.  Mental health is not the focus of coaching and a mental health diagnosis is not made. We actively work on examining your life and removing obstacles that you are preventing you from reaching your goals.

Coaching sessions take place over the phone, via video or face-to-face.  Included email support helps the process along.  Coaching sessions lasts as long as it takes for you to reach your goals.
