Individual Therapy
​In one-to-one sessions, you will work on concerns or issues that you feel are getting in your way. If your concerns have severely interfered with your life, they are often disorders that can worsen if not dealt with. Individual psychotherapy is a therapeutic process where a person engages in one-on-one sessions with a trained mental health professional. During these sessions, clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential environment. The goal is to gain insight into personal challenges, develop coping strategies, foster emotional well-being. This collaborative approach can empower individuals to make positive changes their lives and enhance their overall mental health.
Couples Therapy
Our approach is a supportive and constructive process designed to help partners navigate and resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship. Through guided discussions and therapeutic techniques, couples can explore their feelings, understand each other's perspectives, and work towards building a healthier, more fulfilling partnership. This collaborative approach aims to foster intimacy and connection, empowering couples to overcome challenges together.

Co-parenting is challenging even in the best of circumstances. And when it’s not ideal, it can take a real toll on your mental health, self-worth, and ability to stay present with your kids.
No Pause for Perimenopause and Menopause

This group is ideal for women seeking a space to share experiences and insights related to the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that come with perimenopause. Benefits include increased resilience, better interpersonal relationships, and a more positive outlook on this new normal.
